Terms of Service

Service scope

The selected service defines the goal: a current-to-target rank climb, a number of ranked wins, remaining calibration matches or Standard wins toward Ranked eligibility. Availability, final scope and any individually quoted price must be confirmed before work starts.

Account eligibility

You are responsible for an eligible account and accurate information about your current rank, Standard wins, hero eligibility and matchmaking restrictions. Calibration requires solo matchmaking. Duo requests must meet the game’s party limits.

Game changes and outcomes

Game rules and matchmaking can change. Rank Points per match and completion times vary. A higher badge does not guarantee skill improvements, future match results or permanent rank retention. Calibration does not guarantee a specific final rank.

Cancellation

Cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, the unfinished portion is refundable as described in the refund policy.

Current availability

This local site does not yet accept online orders or payments. A configured selection does not form a paid order or reserve a service. Deadlock Boosting is independent of Valve.
