Check Requirements

Start with your account’s actual badge and RP. Pick the subrank that will finish the order, then select who will play: your booster on Solo, or you alongside them on Duo.
Check the starting RP, target, region and extras together in Order Summary. Use Change to edit heroes or dates without losing your selection. Make sure the account meets the service requirements before continuing.
A Solo session uses the account-access window you agreed; you do not need to attend. A Duo session needs you ready to play full matches together. The dates and time zone should suit whichever method you selected.
Compare the result with the goal agreed at the start: the target subrank for Rank Boosting, the net-win count for Ranked Wins, or the matches or Standard wins selected for the other services.

Select three or more preferences, checking eligibility for Ranked services. A portrait selection does not unlock a hero in-game; bans and match availability still apply.
Mark the hours when the account is available for Solo play.
Add a date to plan its hours; select it again to clear it.
Set a window for each selected date. All hours use the displayed time zone, so check it before saving your availability.
Leave dates open to arrange them before play, or add your available days here.

Decide whether you want the next subrank or the next full badge, then select the finish line below. I–V promotions need 1,000 RP; VI to the next rank’s I needs 2,000. Valve describes about 250 RP per win or loss on average, with variation, so the distance does not promise a fixed match count. Above Eternus I, thresholds change daily.
Check where your account is in the Ranked progression. Access requires 60 Standard wins, three heroes with 15 Standard wins each, and no active matchmaking restrictions. Use Ranked Unlock for missing wins, then Calibration for remaining placement matches. Once you have a visible rank, choose Rank Boosting for a particular badge and subrank, or Ranked Wins for a net-win target.
The calculator prices the distance from your current RP to your target. For example, Seeker I with 750 RP needs another 250 RP to reach Seeker II; enter 750, not 250. Each part of the climb uses its rank’s rate. Duo adds 75% and Hero Pool adds 15%, both calculated from the base price and shown separately. Targets beyond Eternus I need an individual quote because their RP thresholds change daily.
You need time to play full matches together, plus a calibrated account that can queue with the booster. Ranked partners can be at most one full rank apart. An Eternus player must partner with another Eternus player within three subranks. Check compatibility against your current rank, not the target you want to reach. Calibration cannot be played in a party; Standard matches for Ranked Unlock have different party rules.
Any Heroes leaves the choice open to the booster. Hero Pool records at least three preferred heroes and adds the displayed surcharge. For a Ranked service, every selected hero needs its own 15 Standard wins; selecting a portrait here does not unlock it in-game. Bans and other players’ selections can affect availability, so the pool is a set of preferences rather than a promise to use one hero in every match.
Allow 30–60 minutes after order confirmation for the standard start, unless you arrange a later session. That is the start window, not the time to finish the boost. A longer climb, changing match results and fewer available play hours can extend delivery. For Solo, schedule account access; for Duo, reserve time when you can join. Check the calendar’s time zone before choosing either.
The finish line is the rank and subrank agreed for the order. For example, a target of Mystic I means reaching that badge, not completing a preset number of matches. Future games can change the account’s rank again. A boost also does not replace practice with your heroes or guarantee how you will perform after the order.
Agree a revised goal, play method or hero preference before work continues, since these changes can alter the price. A cancellation before play begins receives a full refund. After play begins, the refund covers the unfinished portion of the agreed service. Keep the original starting point and selected goal clear so completed progress can be reviewed against them. See the Refund Policy.
